Every Place Has a Story To Tell

We were engaged on this project to help tell the rich history of the community around Pompey Park in Delray Beach, Florida. The tennis courts there, were formative for Coco Gauff—but they were also at the centre of a community navigating changes in racial codes, the economy, and the definition of ‘family’.

We worked with local historians, museums, and fourth-generation residents to paint a picture of Delray from the 1920s, interspersed with UGC of a young Coco training with her junior trainer at age 11 on the Delray courts. You can see the inspiring champion she was destined to become.

This is a moving piece that goes beyond just selling shoes and we’re proud to have been involved.
