Wimbledon, The Story Continues

This inspiring commercial was a collaboration of different parties across creative and post with The Director Studio providing research, licensing and rights clearance services as well as coordinating the workflow for the archive content to ensure a smooth production and post process.

We worked alongside McCann London, their in-house production team Craft and the fantastic animation studio Blink Ink and we were tasked with souring and clearing iconic content representative of each decade. This involved extensive research working closely with the creative team to find exactly the right content to piece together this creative collage whilst also conducting rights clearance involving lengthy and complex negotiations.

We are very proud of the resulting film and the parallax effect added to these still images allows each decade to breath its history.
