When Wieden & Kennedy approached us to create a heartfelt tribute to Rafael Nadal’s legendary career as a Nike athlete, we knew it had to be something special. The tennis world was bidding farewell to one of its all-time greats, and the film needed to capture the grit, passion, and emotion that defined Nadal.

Our task was to unearth the most iconic and moving moments from his career. Leveraging our extensive network across tennis federations, we dived deep into archives to uncover footage of his unforgettable wins, high-energy gameplay, and touching family celebrations.

The final film is a seamless fusion of archival and live-action content, crafted to honour Nadal’s greatness. We’re proud to have played a part in this project—showcasing once again how thoughtfully curated archive footage can bring depth and emotional power to storytelling.
