YourWagen

We loved working on this spot with adam&eveDDB to launch their new brand platform, ‘YourWagen’. The idea behind the spot was inspired by the name of the car, which translates as ‘People’s Car’. Our task was to find and license a wide variety of content, ranging from archive footage and home movies to stills and cinematic existing footage. When brought together in the edit, this content celebrates the people and community that make VW so iconic.

Our clearance team worked closely with our researchers to ensure all content was correctly cleared and licensed. This process, particularly with archive material, can be nuanced and challenging.

We’re very pleased with the resulting film—a sweet nostalgic tribute to a fantastic car and brand.
